Ha! I bet that Send Nudes part had you interested eh?! I'm clever but I'm also a firm believer that a good start to any successful design includes a neutral backdrop...something you can layer upon and allow other elements to speak. More and more lately I've been tapping into my tried and true colours for residential renovations and updates and they just simply never let you down.

Below is a list of my top 10 go-to neutrals to get you going on any area of your home. Do NOT get me wrong friends - I am a lover of colour...but that's a story for another day.

(In order in below slideshow)

1. Benjamin Moore - Soft Chamois (OC-13) - The perfect off-white

2. Benjamin Moore - Collingwood (OC-28) - A staple in my design career - this light wash gray is warm

3. Benjamin Moore - Silver Satin (OC-26) - A cooler take on a gray neutral

4. Benjamin Moore - Halo (OC-46) - An organic almost green undertone - perfect for bedrooms

5. Benjamin Moore - Sea Salt (CSP-95) - Gray + Beige's perfect little love child = Greige

6. Farrow + Ball - Strong White (No.2001) Like it's name says strong - and able to be an effective wall hue

7. Farrow + Ball - Blackened (No.2011) A moody light peppery gray

8. Sherwin Williams - Useful Gray (SW 7050) A warm base - this colour is good with wood tones

9. Sherwin Williams - Crushed Ice (SW 7647) A washed out cool cement tone

10. Sherwin Williams - Light French Gray (SW 0055) A classic colour that offers versatility + longevity
